1 In-Home and Community Support
Our In-Home and Community Support Services promote independence and daily living through life skills training, social engagement, and community navigation. We offer Community-Based Supports and flexible Respite Care options, providing relief for caregivers and empowering individuals with safe, personalized support at home, in group homes, or approved settings.

2 Access and Mobility Support Services
Our Access and Mobility Support Services ensure safe, reliable transportation to therapy, work, volunteer activities, and social events. With wheelchair-accessible vehicles and trained drivers, we help individuals who need to overcome logistical barriers and stay connected—while meeting all New Jersey safety and care standards.
